I’m a mama to my tiny daughter, a stepmama to our sweet little boy, and wife to the love of my life. I practice law, practice cooking, practice patience. And (stealing from the great Sarah Bessey) try to pray and hope I don’t embarrass Jesus.
What results is just some random thoughts, bad poetry (and the occasional prose) really. But sincere. Working through my stuff out here on the world wide web.
your eloquence always inspires me, Bridge. thanks for sharing your thoughts and insights. (oh, and happy birthday, Erin!!)
I especially identify with your statement that being a big sister is a role that defines you – perhaps more than any other. wonder if that will always be true? maybe motherhood will overtake sisterhood at some point? hope we each get the chance to find out soon!
What a beautiful portrait of you!
